Ordered DoorDash Wow one of the best tasting Chinese food. Ordered Orange chicken and Kung pao beef Rangoons , egg rolls and kimchi was so good. Chicken was fresh and tasty!!! Can’t wait to come back in town.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was kind and attentive. The food was wonderful and absolutely loved listening to the music. The price was great, it was a very enjoyable visit.

While working in the area, the Hillbilly and a co-worker hit the Asian Bistro for an all you can eat buffet. For the most part, it was pretty good. I did find a few items that were supposed to be hot that were not hot. But the selection was nice. The restaurant and buffet line were very clean. And the staff was very nice and friendly. If I'm in Carthage again, I'd consider Asian Bistro a good lunch stop.

Very clean. The buffet was well-tended, and the bathrooms are very clean. Service is very friendly and efficient. They do offer a senior discount. The tea was a little strong and tasted like it might have sat for a little bit but adequate. Prices are reasonable. No Mongolian grill. Nice selection of vegetables. Egg rolls had a little thicker wrapper than I prefer. I prefer the spring roll type of wrapper. My one concern is that the temperature of the food did not taste warm enough. Another patron also observed this when I brought it up to the wait staff. Staff did say they were looking into it.

Best Chinese food in Carthage. Carry out/delivery is on par with orient express in Joplin. In person buffet is great.
